If you would like to schedule a session, please fill out the form on the Contact Me webpage, but you'll also need to complete the waiver form by clicking the button below. There is also a link to the waiver form on the Contact Me page. The waiver form is needed, even for the One-Dot Sunday sessions. If you are wanting to schedule for more than one person as a group, all group members will need to complete the waver. I really look forward to hearing from you!
